Fulfillment Policy (Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges)

At T&N Promotions Plus, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom promotional products. Because most items are produced specifically for each client, fulfillment policies differ from standard retail purchases. Please review the details below carefully.


Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of printed and branded products, refunds are only issued under specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The item was produced incorrectly (e.g., wrong imprint, incorrect size, or error that differs from the approved order)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer-supplied errors (incorrect artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, or specifications)

  • Approved proofs that were later disputed

  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to production errors

Reporting Issues

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Claims must include:

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Original order confirmation or invoice

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at sales@tnpromotionsplus.com or 310-989-8208 within 7 days of receipt

  2. Our team will review the claim and may request additional documentation

  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping, if required, is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.


Cancellation Policy

Because production begins quickly after approval, cancellations are limited.

Before Production

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started

  • Cancellations must be requested immediately by contacting our team

After Production Begins

  • Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed

  • Order changes after production begins may not be possible and may incur additional costs

After Shipment

  • Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled

  • Please refer to the Refund Policy for eligible claims


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only when:

  • An item is defective

  • An item was produced incorrectly due to our error

Exchanges are not available for customer-supplied errors or preference changes.
